Beloit Man Charged with Possession of Electric Weapon and More

Beloit resident 36 year old Ryan Hart has been charged with possession of an electric weapon, misappropriate ID info, obstructing an officer, and felony bail jumping for an incident that happened on September 24. He is not to consume or possess a controlled substance without a valid prescription and in prescribed amounts only. He may not possess any weapons or firearms of any kind, including a stun gun. He cannot operate a motor vehicle during pendency of case without a valid drivers license and insurance. Lastly, he is not to possess an ID that does not belong to him. A signature bond of $5 thousand was set, and his next court appearance is set for October 18.
