Beloit resident 42 year old Byron Harrison was arrested on October 17 for Possession of Cocaine. In 2019, he pled guilty to three counts of possession with intent to deliver cocaine. He pleaded not guilty to the recent charge last week, but he did sign a cash bond of $500. More information on this story will be given as it is available.
