50 year old Beloit resident Wesley Fritts has been charged with arson of property other than building, negligent handling of burning material, and possession with intent to deliver/distribute a controlled substance on or near a park. As a result, he is no longer able to occupy Leeson’s Park. On Monday, a cash bond of $100 was set, and Fritt’s cannot engage in the process of combustion. His next court appearance is scheduled for October 4 at 8:45 a.m.
