Beloit resident 23 year old Alixze Baxton has been charged with 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault. The minor was under the age of 13, and the offense occurred in 2016. The report was filed on September 30, and a cash bond of $1 thousand was set. He is also to have no contact with the victim and no intentional contact with any juveniles. The court ordered Level 3 supervision through JusticePoint, and he must contact JusticePoint within 24 hours of release from custody. He has an upcoming court date of October 11.
