Beloit Man Arrested on Drug Charges

According to an update from the Beloit Police Department, on Friday morning at about 1:10 a.m. an officer noticed an occupied vehicle in a parking lot in the 1800 block of Milwaukee Road. The officer made contact with the occupant, who admitted to there being crack cocaine in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle yielded crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. 53 year old Beloit resident, Mark R. Stafseth, was arrested for possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
