According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, 46 year old David Steptoe was arrested on Friday with Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine and Heroin, and also a second offence of possession of Marijuana. The first offense occurred in 2012. More information on this story will be given if it becomes available.
