According to a press release from the Verona Police Department, Beloit resident 48 year old Shane Clark was arrested for 11th offense OWI. At about 3:40 p.m. last week on Friday, Verona officers were dispatched to the intersection of County Highway M at Liberty Dr. for a report of a motor vehicle crash with road blockage. Officers determined that Clark rear-ended a vehicle that was stopped at a red light. Clark was booked into the Dane County Jail.
