Beloit Man Arrested for 10th Offense OWI

According to an update from the Beloit Police Department, on Tuesday at about 4:35 p.m. a traffic accident was reported in the 800 block of Eighth St. As a result of the accident, 57 year old Beloit resident Kendal W. Tilley was arrested for 10th offense OWI. He was transported to an area hospital due to injuries received during the crash.
