Beloit Juvenile Charged with First Degree Intentional Homicide

15 year old Beloit resident Miguel Running was charged last week with three counts of first degree intentional homicide after a shooting in May. At the initial appearance on June 8, a cash bond of $30 thousand was set, and Running was ordered to have no contact with four additional individuals involved or their families.
