According to an update from the City of Beloit Fire Department, on Sunday at about 3 p.m. they responded to a garage fire in the 1300 block of Ridgeway Street. The fire caused approximately $200 thousand in damage to the property. The cause of the fire remains under investigation, and no injuries were reported as a result of the fire.
