Beloit Fire Department Responds to Early Sunday Morning Fire

According to an update from the City of Beloit Fire Department, on Sunday at about 12:30 a.m. crews were dispatched to a residential fire in the 1100 block of Partridge Ave. Residents were able to safely evacuate the home, but the fire did cause significant damage. Janesville, Town of Beloit, Turtle, South Beloit, Milton, Rockton, and Footville Fire Departments also assisted. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
