Beloit Fire Department Responds to Apartment Fire

According to an update from the Beloit Fire Department, they responded to an apartment fire on Harrison Ave. on Thursday at about 8:40 a.m. No injuries were reported in the fire, which was reported as extinguished at about 9:45 a.m. Firefighters rescued a cat and a dog from the fire. The cause of the fire remains unknown, and the investigation is ongoing.
