Beloit Firefighters posted pictures to their Facebook page of yesterday’s funeral procession for fallen soldier PFC Franklin Handley, a Janesville native killed in a vehicle accident in July in Missouri. We reported on Handley yesterday. Beloit Fire says they participated in the processional and you can visit the City of Beloit Fire Department on FB to see the pictures.
