Beloit City Manager Resignes

According to an update from the City of Beloit, Lori Curtis Luther has resigned her position as Beloit City Manager and will be moving to Kansas to be closer to her family. She is set to become the city manager in Overland Park, KS. She previously served there as assistant city manager from 2000-2005.
