Beloit City Council Approves Drop-Off Zone Near Gaston Elementary

During Monday night’s Beloit City Council meeting, the city approved an ordinance that would allow parents to drop off and pick up their children at Gaston Elementary School on the south side of Forest Ave. from McKinley Ave. to Cleveland St., adjacent to the building. The loading zone is able to be used by elementary school families on school days between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
