Beloit City Council Approves City Hall Improvements

At the Tuesday night Beloit City Council meeting, the council approved the replacement of rooftop units to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of City Hall in the amount of $191,500. The base bid is 9% lower than the engineer’s estimate, which was $210 thousand. Funding for the project is coming from the 2022 Capital Budget.
