According to the City of Janesville, they along with the Rock County Home Investment Partnership Consortium are announcing the availability of applications for Community Development Block Grant and Home Investment Partnership Programs Public Service projects. Funds can be used for many purposes that will benefit those with a low or moderate income, or address an urgent community need. Applications will be due no later than Friday, August 6.
