Evansville resident 23 year old Kevin Luther Todd, who was the individual involved in the April 26 homicide in Janesville in which he allegedly shot his coworker, pleaded not guilty in court yesterday to the charges of first degree intentional homicide, and three counts of first degree recklessly endangering safety. A jury trial will be set. More information on this story will be given as it becomes available.
