Afton resident 33 year old Christopher Charles Winchester is facing charges including possession with intent to deliver THC, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent to deliver psilocin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and drug dispense without prescription after an incident that occurred on March 22. On March 28 a $2,500 bond was set. He pleaded not guilty to all the charges on April 4. More information on this story will be given if it becomes available.
