Beloit resident 32 year old Alexis Mitchell has been charged with her 4th offense OWI and refusing to take a test for intoxication after arrest. The incident occurred last week Friday, and on Monday she signed a signature bond of $2 thousand. She is not to drive, and must maintain absolute sobriety. The court also ordered Level 2 supervision through JusticePoint, and she must contact JusticePoint within 24 hours of release from custody, and wear a SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring) bracelet if available. Mitchell’s next court date is set for November 3.
