28 year old Darren P. Misner from South Beloit is facing charges of second offense possession of cocaine and non registration of an auto vehicle under 10 thousand pounds after an incident occurred on November 16. On November 16 a signature bond of $1 thousand with conditions was set that he must maintain absolute sobriety. He signed the bond the next day on November 17. His next court appearance is set for December 8.
