According to an update from the Beloit Police Department, they are working with the Rock County Dive Team to retrieve a gray Chevy Camaro that was driven into the Rock River near 4th and Liberty at about 11:50 p.m. last night. The 21 year old driver, Kenneth Pindral, was able to exit the vehicle through the window and swim to shore. He was arrested for first offense OWI.
