Whitewater resident 34 year old Kayla Hans is facing charges including resisting or obstructing an officer, 2nd offense OWI with a passenger under 16 years of age, and possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin after an incident that occurred on February 20. On February 21 a bond amount of $10 thousand was set, and she was ordered to not possess or consume alcohol. Hans appeared in court today and pleaded not guilty to all charges. She has an upcoming court appearance on April 27 at 8:30 a.m.
