Whitewater Fire Department Responds to Vehicle Fire Sunday

According to an update from the Whitewater Fire Department, yesterday at about 11:45 a.m. they were dispatched to a business on Newcomb St. in Whitewater for a vehicle fire. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the initial fire had spread to a 2nd vehicle parked next to it. Crews were able to quickly knock down the fire on both vehicles and performed overhaul, but both vehicles were a total loss. Crews were on scene for about 30 minutes.
