Watertown Woman Facing Charges Sees Bail Raised After Asking it Be Lowered

Watertown resident 26 year old Brianna Tobias is facing charges of OWI, vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer, criminal damage to property, resisting/obstructing an officer, and several counts of bail jumping after an incident that occurred on November 2. A cash bond was set on November 4 for $2,500. The defendant did request the bond be lowered, however last week on Wednesday the state motioned to increase the bail by $500. On Thursday the bail was officially raised to $3 thousand. Tobias has an upcoming court appearance on January 3.
