Watertown Sergeant Presented with Patriot Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves

According to an update from the Watertown WI Police Department, yesterday morning Sergeant Jon Caucutt was presented the Patriot Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves. He was nominated for the award by K9 Officer Hensley, who is a member of the Wisconsin Army National Guard. This award is presented to individual supervisors of Service Members in the National Guard or Reserves. The Patriot Award reflects the efforts made by a supervisor to support service members through a wide range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployments, assisting family if needed, granting leaves or absence if needed, and general understanding of the stresses, true interest and service, etc.
