According to an update from the City of Watertown Police Department, a snow emergency is being declared for the Central City Snow Removal area only beginning at 11 p.m. tonight through 7 a.m. tomorrow. Snow removal and cleanup operations will be conducted in the downtown area tonight. Parking will still be permitted on city streets outside the Central City Snow Removal Area. Municipal parking lots are still able to be utilized. Any vehicles in violation may face a $50 citation.
