Watertown resident 22 year old Leonel Gallegos is facing charges including possession of cocaine, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of felony bail jumping after an incident that occurred on March 2. On March 4, a bond of $2 thousand was set. On March 25, he pleaded not guilty to the charges. Gallegos has an upcoming court appearance on August 2 at 3:30 p.m.
