According to an update from the City of Watertown, at the Tuesday night Common Council meeting a group of firefighter/paramedics were honored for saving a life on scene. Awards went to Battalion Chief Chad Butler, Lieutenant Greg Wellach, Firefighter/Paramedic Josh Brant, Firefighter/Paramedic Cory Schultz, Firefighter/Paramedic Kyle Esmeier, Firefighter/Paramedic Alex Braunschweig, EMT Advanced student Brett Meints. Firefighter/Paramedic Cory Schultz also received commendation for his commitment to community CPR education and his dedication to the citizens of Watertown.
