Watertown and Milwaukee Police Looking for Teen with Warrants from Armed Robbery Incident

According to an update from the Watertown Police Department, yesterday at 9:30 a.m. officers with the Watertown and Milwaukee Police Department’s attempted contact at a residence in the 300 block of N. Church St. in Watertown. Police obtained information leading them to believe a suspect was at the residence with warrants stemming from an incident in Milwaukee for armed robbery and recklessly endangering safety. Police believed the suspect was in the residence but not responding. Police used all resources to minimize the potential of using force. Police and eventually a K9 team tried to coax the suspect out of the residence, and eventually cleared the main floor of the residence, leading to the only possibility of the suspect being in the attic. Thermal imaging was used to search the attic, but not all areas could be seen. CS gas was used to clear the remainder of the attic. The suspect, 18 year old Quincy R. Scott, was not found. If you have any information on him, contact the police department at 920-261-6660.
