Vaccinations Soon In Beloit Schools

Vaccinations are soon underway for members of the Beloit School District. The Beloit Daily News reports that both Mercyhealth and Beloit Health System are working in Phase 1B to vaccinate once new doses are shipped by DHS. Vaccinations in the Beloit School District will begin on Wednesday. In the Beloit-Turner School District, approximately 40 people were vaccinated last week in Phase 1A, and Mercyhealth vaccinated the remainder of the staff on Wednesday. Second vaccines are scheduled to be distributed on February 8th. We reported yesterday that Janesville Schools were closed today so staff could receive the vaccine.
