UW-Whitewater Student Athlete No Longer Enrolled After Assault

The Whitewater Banner is reporting that the UW-Whitewater student athlete who was cited for assault and underage drinking at an incident last Friday is no longer a student at the university. According to the Banner, Will Schultz, who was given the citations from the incident, pleaded no contest and was found not guilty to a separate disorderly conduct charge back in October. Schultz reportedly assaulted a woman around 2 AM on March 5 at a bar in Whitewater, and was given citations for disorderly conduct assault, and for underage presence in a Class B Licensed Premise Prohibited.
