Upcoming Road Construction in Brodhead

According to an update from the Brodhead Chamber of Commerce, mill and overlay paving of Highway 11 between 2nd St. in Brodhead and County B east of Footville, and culvert replacement to a new bridge between Orfordville and Footville is expected to begin on May 12. The project is set to be completed by October 14. Flagging operations will occur during the paving portion, and no closures and detours are expected. However, the road will be closed to all through traffic for the culvert replacement to the new bridge deck near old Highway 11 between July 20 and October 12.
