According to the Daily Media Report from the Beloit Police Department, they made two separate drug arrests over the weekend. On Saturday, 18-year-old Jaleel Weathers was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, sale and manufacturing of marijuana. Then, on Sunday, police arrested 42-year-old Byron Franklin Harrison for possession of a controlled substance, possession of cocaine and a probation violation.
