Two Charged With OWI In Separate Janesville Incidents
Janesville Police have made two OWI arrests over the weekend. The department says that on Friday just before midnight, they arrested 55-year old Steven Faust for his 4th offense OWI after he was showing signs of impairment during a traffic stop near Milton Avenue and Morse St. His blood sample results are still pending. He also violated a court order by failing to install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle. Then, on Sunday morning around 2:55 AM, police made a traffic stop near Ringold St and Matheson Avenue for a vehicle driving without headlights. 29-year old Jarrod Harris displayed signs of impairment and after failing field sobriety tests, he was arrested for his 4th offense OWI. He is being held at the Rock County Jail, and was also charged with Bail Jumping and Operating after Revocation.
