Suspect Located After Breaking Into Residence

A suspect was located after breaking into homes… accidentally. Palmyra Public Safety said that around 1:30 AM Sunday they received a call of a person who had broken into a home. Multiple agencies and officers responded and a second home also reported an attempted break in. The suspect fled but was later located. Police said the suspect was extremely intoxicated and unintentionally broke into the residence. The suspect is not from the area and the incident remains under investigation. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and Eagle Police Department assisted.
