Snow Ordinance in East Troy Village

The Village of East Troy Police are reminding the residents of a village ordinance. According to a Facebook post, the village ordinance states that snow must be cleared from sidewalks within 48 hours of the end of snowfall. Additionally, the ordinance states that residents cannot push, shove or deposit snow into the street, sidewalk or public land. Failure to adhere to this ordinance could result in enforcement from police.
