Snow Emergency In Watertown

The City of Watertown has issued a snow emergency ahead of the winter weather event for Thursday. 4 to 6 inches of snow are expected for the area. The emergency goes into effect Thursday at 11 PM and continues until 7 AM Saturday. Parking on all city streets and alleys is prohibited during the 48 hour emergency timeframe. Residents with no off-street parking are being recommended to park in municipal parking lots. Failure to comply could result in a $50 citation. Any vehicle that remains in a location 24 hours after ticketing will be subject to towing. Visit either ci.watertown.wi.us or watertownpolice.com for more information.
