Sharon Man Facing 3rd Offense OWI

Sharon resident 35 year old Joseph B. Ellefsen is facing charges of 3rd offense OWI, operating while revoked, and ignition interlock device tampering/failure to install, resisting/obstructing an officer, and two counts of felony bail jumping after an incident that occurred on December 29. The complaint was officially filed on January 3. On December 29 a $2,500 bond was set, and he is not to possess or consume alcohol. He also cannot enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores. Additionally, Ellefsen is not to possess any firearms, weapons, or ammunition. He is also not to contact a victim that was involved. Ellefsen has an upcoming court appearance tomorrow at 3 p.m.
