Sex Offender Moving to Edgerton

According to an update from the Janesville Police Department, 37 year old sex offender Roqushaun J. Settlers will be morning to Dorow Ave. in Edgerton on December 20. He was convicted of 3rd degree sexual assault in November of 2018. Settlers is to have no contact with the victim, he cannot consume drugs, and he must comply with standard sex offender rules and electronic monitoring. He is also to have face to face contact with law enforcement and comply with all requirements and is a registrant of the Wisconsin sex offender registry.
