Rockford Man Arrested for Burglary in South Beloit

According to a post from the South Beloit Police Department, on December 11 the department began an investigation into a burglary of a business in the 300 block of Prairie Hill Rd. As a result of the investigation, 34 year old Kyle J. Carcione from Rockford was identified as the suspect. The case was reviewed by the Winnebago County State Attorney’s Office, and he was charged with burglary and criminal damage to property. Carcione is currently in custody at the Winnebago County Jail.
