Rock County Resident Arrested with Drug Charges and Child Neglect

According to a press release from the Rock County Sheriff’s office, 33 year old Kaitlyn Heinzen from Janesville was arrested on January 5 following a drug investigation done by the Detective Bureau and the Rock County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit. Heinzen faces many drug charges in addition to child neglect. She will appear in court on February 5 at 1 p.m.
