Probable Cause Found in Randle El Case, Trial Going Forward

A judge has found probable cause in the Marcus Randle El case, which will now head to trial. According to Channel 3000, A Janesville police officer who testified provided evidence of surveillance footage that Randle El had told a gas station attendant that he was in trouble. The officer also said they had found evidence that Randle El had attempted to torch his vehicle. The judge determined that there was now enough evidence and the trial would continue. Randle El will make his next appearance in court next month. Randle El, a former Badger football player, is charged in the deaths of Brittany McAdory and Seaiarha Winchester in February 2020.
