According to an update from the Nature at the Confluence Nature Center in South Beloit, a prescribed burn of the prairie is planned for Saturday, March 26 between 1-5 p.m. depending on weather and wind conditions. The parking lot and trails will be closed to the public between 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. If you have any questions on the burn, call Nature at the Confluence at 815-200-6910.
