The Rock County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest for a 6th Offense OWI over the weekend. A vehicle struck a fence in the Indianford area of Fulton, and police responded to find an inebriated individual, identified as Michael Fleming. Fleming was arrested for 6th offense felony OWI and will make his initial court appearance today.
