North Goodrich Park in Milton to Receive New Equipment

At Tuesday Night’s Milton Common Council meeting, the Parks and Recreation Commission discussed new playground equipment for North Goodrich Park. The commission reviewed new equipment from four separate companies, and $35 thousand from the Park Fund is going towards the new equipment. There will be an additional cost for engineered wood fiber for surfacing the equipment. No current equipment will be removed, except the merry-go-round and one of the swing sets. Both pieces will be replaced with more accessible designs. The new equipment will be installed in Spring 2022.
