New Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee in the City of Whitewater

At last night’s Whitewater Common Council meeting, City Manager Cameron Clapper briefly discussed the new Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee that was recently put in place. The committee had their first meeting on January 27, with their next meeting being held on March 24. This new committee consults with the Parks and Recreation Department on issues pedestrians or bicyclists may be facing in the city. They also strive to showcase alternatives to driving that are beneficial to the individual and the city.
