Multiple Police Departments Searching For Vehicle

Town of Beloit Police and Rock County Sheriff’s deputies are looking to identify the driver of a black Chrysler 300 suspected in a possible incident. The vehicle is missing a front bumper and has front end damage. The vehicle has no plates and it is believed the driver was the lone occupant of the vehicle.
