Beloit Police are investigating after a body was found in Turtle Creek. In a Facebook post, the department says that what they call a “tragic accident”, is under investigation. The department says that an 82-year old man was found deceased in Turtle Creek near Moccasin Trail. The victim’s name is not being released for privacy reasons. The department says it appears that there is no signs of foul play, and the man slid down an embankment before falling into the creek.
