Man Killed In Janesville Work Accident Identified

The name of the individual killed in a Janesville workplace accident has been revealed. WKOW and the Rock County Medical Examiner reports that 44-year old Robert Dye Jr was killed from injuries he sustained in the accident. The incident occurred at a business in the 1300 block of Barberry drive on Friday. Dye was hit by a skid steer working on snow removal, while assisting a semi driver in the loading dock area. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. No other details were provided, as Dye’s death remains under investigation.
